ENGAGE 2019 Mentor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor in Community Business’ ENGAGE Programme.  By participating in ENGAGE, you will be making a significant difference to the life of a young person in Hong Kong, by helping them plan for their future and to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. This is the start of a rewarding volunteering journey for you.
 
Completing this application will only take a few minutes.  After you submit this application, Community Business will contact you by 20 March, 2019 to confirm acceptance of your application, along with details of the Programme.
