Thank you for contacting the UCHealth EMS Car Seat & CPR Program. Please read the following information before continuing:
Our car seat and CPR staff are out of the office through April 16th. If you sign up you will be contacted after the 16th.
1. If you are expecting, please sign up using the pregnant participant's name and information. An additional contact person can be listed as the second contact. Both contact people will be emailed.
2. We will contact you by email. Please check your spam folder.
3. It may take several days to respond to your request. Once you have signed up, please do not call, email, or sign up multiple times. We will reach out to you.
4. Car seat and CPR appointments are all held at the ambulance station in Fort Collins. The address and instructions will be sent once we set up an appointment. Appointments are open to all people who are willing to come to Fort Collins. If you are not near Fort Collins, but need car seat help or CPR training you can still sign up and we can help connect you with resources in your area.
