Survey for existing volunteers

Thankyou for registering to attend Cardinia Shire's first Community Summit. If you have not yet registered you can do so at www.cardinia.vic.gov.au/communitysummit.
 
In partnership with community agencies Cardinia Shire Council has undertaken extensive data analysis to identify seven health and social challenges impacting the overall health and wellbeing of our community. These priority areas are listed below (in no particular order).
 
The Community Summit is the first opportunity for volunteer organisations and community members to learn more about these priority areas.  

This short survey will assist with planning an event that meets your needs.
