Thank you for taking part in the 2026 CAPIO Member Survey. Every two years, we ask members for feedback to help guide programs, training, events and services. Your input helps us understand what's working well and where we can improve.

This year's survey includes a few additional questions as CAPIO begins work on its next strategic plan.
