Cancellation of a sponsorship or advertisement must be made in writing to pam@musictherapy.ca. 90% of your fee will be refunded if notice is received by April 15th. 50% of your fee will be refunded if notice is received by May 22nd. Refunds will not be provided after May 22nd.

CAMT is not liable for failure to hold the conference as scheduled due to any acts beyond our control. Payments for exhibit space will be refunded in that event.
