This fifteen question survey gathers information on campus sustainable materials management (SMM)- or Zero Waste, programs (including reducing/reuse, recycling, composting, and similar activities).  Results are shared with SMM industry and academic groups and help inform funding and development objectives.

It follows an established consulting approach for creating campus zero waste plans and should be completed by those familiar with operational, financial, and educational aspects of a given program.
