CARES Relief Application

The CARES fund is designed to alleviate financial hardship for those households impacted by Coronavirus pandemic. Funds will be administered to households within the Cities of Woodbine and Kingsland, who have an outstanding mortgage payment, rental arrears and/or utility expenses from March 2020 to current.

Please complete all fields within this application that are applicable. Any field indicated by an asterisk (*) must be completed for the application to be considered. If NOT ABLE to upload documents, please call (912).882.7279 or email mfrancis2camdenconnection.org after finishing all possible questions, to schedule a drop off of forms.  A legible cellphone picture is acceptable. 

After completing the application, you will receive an email notification. 

Note that a $1,000 maximum assistance limit is imposed per eligible household for the first phase of program aid.  If a bill requested is above such limit, applicant should be able to prove the balance of the bill can be met through another source. 

**The household address must be within Kingsland or Woodbine City limits. It is possible to have a postal address market as "Woodbine" or "Kingsland" without being within city limits, we can verify this information upon review if unsure. Saint Marys and unincorporated Camden County household can apply, and will be stored in case either government begins participating in the program.**
