Calvary Haydon Industrial Action Survey

Your HSU Bargaining Committee has formally notified Calvary Haydon of concerns that they have not met their good faith bargaining obligations, including failing to provide written responses to our log of claims and a wages offer. This lack of information has prevented negotiations from progressing in a genuine and meaningful way.

If Calvary continues to bargain in this manner, HSU members will need to stand together and apply collective pressure to push negotiations forward and secure improvements to wages and conditions. A strong and united response from members is needed to demonstrate that workers expect genuine bargaining and fair outcomes.

This survey is about understanding the level of support for the campaign, and the actions members are willing to take if negotiations do not progress.
