City Tavern's primary mission is to interpret the culinary experience inspired by the customs and foods of 18th Century Colonial America. Chef Staib is part of the Emmy® Award winning A Taste of History® which is a TV cooking series on PBS that explores America's culinary beginnings from the Birthplace of American Cuisine. This innovative series brings America's history to life and makes it vibrant as we step back in time and get to know the founders of our country through the food they ate and the recipes they prepared.
1st Course: Turkey Noodle Soup

2nd Course: Tavern Country Salad

Entree Choices:
Fillet of Salmon, Béarnaise Sauce
Tavern Chicken Breast, Lightly Breaded, Béarnaise Sauce
***Entrees accompanied by seasonal vegetables & mashed potatoes
