CAWA 2023-2025 Strategic Plan Feedback Questionnaire

Introduction

Calisthenics Association of Western Australia is developing a new strategic plan for 2023-2025. Part of this process involves hearing from our calisthenics community and getting an idea from you about what you'd like to see achieved in the next 3-4 years. 
 
Whether you're a coach, adjudicator, club committee member, parent, performer or one of the many people that help make our calisthenics community great, we'd love to hear from you.
 
The survey has five questions and should only take 5 mins to complete, depending on the depth of your responses.
 
It'd be great to hear from our younger participants and ask that anyone under the age of 12 years of age is accompanied by a parent or guardian when completing this survey.
