Thank you for your interest in the CONNECT ALL @ the Jacobs Center (CAJC) Accelerator Program!

This is a brand new, diversity-focused accelerator, which offers free mentoring to a limited number of innovators and entrepreneurs who are looking to leverage technology and scale their business in the City of San Diego. The objective of the program is to help San Diego entrepreneurs, especially those who are low-to-moderate income (LMI), to prepare their business for future funding and growth by helping them develop a compelling commercialization strategy.

The length of the program is 6 months. If accepted, entrepreneurs are assigned mentors, are granted free desk space, and are awarded multiple opportunities to present to group panels of mentors to receive feedback on their business model and commercialization strategy. Mentoring is supported by executives who have experience growing companies, raising capital, and have expertise in a wide variety of technical and functional arenas.

Along with the application, you must submit an executive summary to info@connectallsd.org with the subject line "CAJC Executive Summary." The executive summary should be 1-2 pages max. For more information on what an executive summary should contain please click: https://guykawasaki.com/the_art_of_the_-3/
This program is funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant program funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to the City of San Diego. As a condition of receiving this funding, the space needs to be utilized by at least 51% LMI individuals and serve businesses that will be located in the City of San Diego, therefore we will be asking for documentation to verify your household income and zip code. If your application moves to the next level of review, we will set up an interview to learn more about your business, conduct an in-depth review of your application, provide you with a tour of the Accelerator space, and further discuss how your participation might benefit your business. Please make note of any questions you have, so we can answer them when we meet.
