CADRE 3-Year Strategic Planning Survey

To strengthen Santa Clara County’s resilience and best help the non-profit community be prepared to serve all residents, especially those most at-risk, CADRE has received generous funding from the Silicon Valley Community Foundation to create a three-year strategic plan focused on increasing CADRE’s capability to respond to concurrent catastrophic events.
