The challenges of COVID-19 and its impacts on our lives, schools, businesses, and city have been significant. The City of Hayward has changed and adapted our services and programs to support the health and safety of community members and businesses during this pandemic. We know you’ve had to make sacrifices and faced challenges too, and it is important to know how you are doing since the onset of COVID-19. 
  
We continue to look for ways to support the business community now and prioritize future needs, which is why your input on this survey is critical.
