Bungalow Belt Neighborhood Questionnaire

The Chicago Bungalow Association is working on a project about Bungalow Belt neighborhoods, but first we need your input on the locally-owned businesses and operations you love (no chains, please!).

2.What neighborhood do you live in?
3.Did you make the choice to live in your neighborhood? If so, why?
4.Do you have any favorite locally-owned businesses in your neighborhood? (No chains! This can be restaurants, florists, hardware stores, plumbers, pest control—you name it! As long as it's locally-owned.)
5.What are the "legacy" businesses, the ones that have been around for decades, in your neighborhood?
6.Does your neighborhood have a farmers market?
7.What block clubs or other neighborhood groups do you know of? Do you participate?
8.Are there any religious institutions that are notable for their work in your community?
9.Tell us about parks, libraries, or other institutions that offer free or inexpensive programming to residents:
10.Would you be interested in allowing the Chicago Bungalow Association to interview and photograph you about your home or neighborhood? We are looking to feature more of our members around the city.(Required.)
