Introduction
The University of Calgary Swim club is working to improve the training and competing environment for all athletes, coaches, officials, parents and volunteers. The survey we ask you to fill out will provide information that will help to ensure the club is a safe and healthy place for all members and athletes as well as assist in our program evaluation as we strive for improvements.
