The City of Paducah’s Residential Household Bulk Item Collection Pilot Program was conducted in March 2026. The program allowed residential households to place up to three large items—such as furniture, mattresses, or appliances—at the curb for collection at no additional cost during their assigned service week.
The program was organized by garbage collection zones and required no registration. As part of the City’s evaluation, we are reviewing participation, total tonnage collected, and overall efficiency.
