Each year, the Maple Ridge – Pitt Meadows School District (SD42) develops a budget that strives to address the evolving needs of our students, staff, and facilities while meeting our legal requirement to approve a balanced budget. This year, we are moving to a two-phase public consultation process to ensure that community perspectives are part of our planning from the earliest stages.

In this first phase, we are seeking your input on the values and priorities that will provide essential guidance as we build the 2026/27 Proposed Preliminary Budget. The feedback gathered through this survey will be used alongside our strategic goals and operational requirements to shape the proposed budget we will present on April 15, 2026, for further public input.
