The Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Advisory Council (BSCIAC) is conducting a yearly needs survey. BSCIAC is a Governor Appointed Committee to assess needs for individuals living with a brain and/or spinal cord injury who reside in the state of NH. This Committee is tasked with developing a report that is presented to the Governor, Senate and House of Representatives. The goal of the survey is to assist the Committee in understanding the available services and areas of need in NH. Please fill out the survey as best you can.
