The Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) is seeking recommendations for revision to the Adult Titles 15 and 24, California Code of Regulations, Minimum Standards for Local Detention Facilities.
This survey provides an opportunity for interested parties to submit input regarding a specific topic or recommendation that will be considered during the upcoming regulation revision discussions. All of the information compiled from this survey will be provided to an Executive Steering Committee in August.
ONLY USE THIS SURVEY IF YOU HAVE A RECOMMENDATION TO SUBMIT. Please fill out one survey for each revision or recommendation. Survey responses are due July 10th, 2015. Details regarding the regulation revision process will be available on the BSCC website as the process unfolds.
