Brook RED Survey 2026

Every year, Brook RED asks people who use our services what is working well and what we can do better. We use your feedback to improve our supports.

What to expect:
This survey is anonymous, and all questions are optional. You can skip any question you do not want to answer, and you can stop at any time. There are 29 questions in four sections. The survey should take about 15 minutes.

Doing the survey is optional. Choosing not to take part, skipping questions, or stopping the survey will not affect the support you receive from Brook RED.

Some questions ask about personal experiences, identity, and support needs. If anything in this survey brings up hard feelings, you can pause, skip the question, or stop at any time. You can also speak with a Brook RED peer worker or another support person you trust.

What we do with the information from this survey:
Raw answers are only seen by our Compliance and Administration Coordinator.
They will create a summary report of what people tell us, which we aim to share with Brook RED Community Members and staff. The summary will not include any names, details, or quotes that identify individual people.
