Application to rent a property through The Bristol Residential Letting Co

Each tenant must complete the following application form in full. They are also required to present in person, to a member of The Bristol Residential Letting Co, evidence that they have a right to reside in the UK. This usually takes the form of a British or EU/EET passport. Applicants from outside the EU/EET will be required to present a valid visa. Please speak to a member of The Bristol Residential Letting Co for further guidance.  All application forms and proof of the right to rent must be completed within 48 hours of paying the non refundable reservation fee. Failure to do so will result in the remarketing of the property and forfeiting the whole of the non refundable reservation fee.

During the application process the applicant will be required to give consent to various third parties so that information can be obtained by The Bristol Residential Letting Co to satisfy the referencing process.  Any delay in providing consent may lead to the property being placed back on the market and the tenant forfeiting the reservation fee.
