NYS is actively planning for the COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Dose Campaign expected to kick off on or about September 20, 2021, pending FDA and CDC approvals. We are looking forward to extensive participation from our provider community given Pfizer and Moderna vaccine supply constraints no longer exist. To ensure NYS has the capacity we expect from the existing enrolled provider community, we are asking providers OUTSIDE OF NYC to please confirm your participation by completing the following questions ASAP, but no later than 3:00 pm Friday, September 10th.
