Introduction

Dear Parent,

The Boost EDU Program is a child care tuition assistance program offered by Quality Care for Children. BOOST provides consumer education and child care scholarships to help parents who are pursuing their under graduate degree. A primary goal of the program is to support student-parents; and, ensure that children are educated in a quality enriched environment while their parents are attending class. In partnership with Columbus State University, qualifying juniors and seniors enrolled in this university, who have children ages 0-4 may be eligible to receive a Boost scholarship and receive weekly child care assistance to cover costs associated with quality child care.

Boost is a needs-based program. If you think you may be eligible for a Boost scholarship, please complete and submit this application. Note: BOOST is not a government program, and is not an entitlement program. It is privately funded and participation in the program is voluntary. Further, eligibility for BOOST does not guarantee enrollment into the program, as both space and funding are limited.

Completing this application does not constitute an agreement for services, and in no way guarantees acceptance into the Boost Program.

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed, and you will be contacted by Quality Care for Children within 10 business days. If you have questions about the Boost program, contact: Alisha Miles, Academic Advisor/Retention Specialist at the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) at (706) 565-1318 or  877-ALL-GA-KIDS (877-255-4254).

Sincerely,
Quality Care for Children
