Presentation Booking Request

Thank you for your interest in hosting a presentation on the importance of organ and tissue donation and transplantation for your class or school.
Due to high demand, we require a minimum of 8 weeks' notice for all presentation requests.
In collaboration with the Trillium Gift of Life Network (Ontario Health), our guest speaker lineup features healthcare professionals from the:
A transplant recipient, living organ donor, or donor family member will also join to share their personal transplant journey.

Presentation bookings are available during the school year from October 2025 to June 2026.

To help us accommodate your request, please submit up to four preferred dates and times, as your first choice may not be available.

Presentations will be offered in-person at high schools in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Ottawa, subject to speaker availability. Schools outside the GTA will be offered virtual presentations should there not be a local speaker available.

Please select additional materials for your students attending the presentation. Materials will be sent in advance to the teacher email to distribute to students prior to the presentation.

Materials will be in English but can be requested in other languages. Trillium Gift of Life Network will courier to your school BeADonor pamphlets (English) and buttons to distribute to your students on the presentation date.

Presentation Booking Details

A booking lead time of six (6) weeks is required for all bookings in order to secure speakers. Every effort will be made to accommodate your first choice.

Additional audio/visual may be needed to setup the best experience in a classroom setting. Please ensure your setup works and if needed to schedule a test session for a date in advance.
