Presentation Booking Request

Thank you for your interest in a presentation on the importance of organ and tissue donation and transplantation for your class/school.

In partnership with the Trillium Gift of Life Network (Ontario Health), the roster of guest speakers include healthcare professionals from the University of Toronto Transplantation Institute which encompasses the Ajmera Transplant Centre at UHN, the Transplant and Regenerative Medicine Centre at The Hospital for Sick Children, and St. Michael's Hospital Kidney Transplant Program in Toronto, Ontario.
In addition, a transplant recipient, living organ donor, or donor family member will also attend to share their transplant story.

Due to the popularity of this offering , a minimum booking time of 6 weeks is required for presentation dates requested.

Presentations are booked between October 2024 to June 2025.
Please ensure you submit up to 4 optional dates/times as we may not be able to accommodate your first choice.

Presentations are available in-person in Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Ottawa high schools. Note they may be booked as virtual due to speaker availability. Schools located outside of the GTA will be offered virtually.

Please select additional materials for your students attending the presentation. Materials will be sent in advance to the teacher email to distribute to students prior to the presentation. Materials will be in English but can be requested in other languages. Trillium Gift of Life Network will courier to your school BeADonor pamphlets (English) and green pins to distribute to your students on the presentation date.

A booking lead time of six (6) weeks is required for all bookings in order to secure speakers. Every effort will be made to accommodate your first choice.
