Presentation Booking Request

Thank you for your interest in having a virtual presentation on the importance of organ and tissue donation and transplantation for your class/school.
Due to the popularity of this offering and COVID19, a minimum booking time of 4 weeks is required for presentation dates requested.
Presentations may be booked between September 2021 to June 2022.
Please ensure you submit up to 4 optional dates/times as we may not be able to accommodate your first choice.

In partnership with the Trillium Gift of Life Network, the roster of speakers include healthcare professionals from the University of Toronto Transplantation Institute which encompasses the Ajmera Transplant Centre at UHN, Transplant and Regenerative Medicine Centre at the Hospital for Sick Children, and St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. In addition, a transplant recipient or living organ donor, will also attend to share their transplant story.

Please select additional materials for your students attending the presentation. Materials will be sent in advance to the teacher email to distribute to students prior to the presentation. Materials will be in English but can be requested in other languages.  By default the BeADonor pamphlet will be included.

Presentation Booking Details

A booking lead time of four (4) weeks is required for all bookings in order to secure speakers. Every effort will be made to accommodate your first choice.
