The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship is approaching 30 years of ministry with churches and individuals across the United States and around the world. At this point in our life together, we are beginning a journey to discover and respond to God’s call for us at this new moment. Your participation in this survey will help us do just that. We call it “Toward Bold Faithfulness.”

Completion of the survey should take about 15 minutes. While required to submit the survey, your name and other demographic information will remain confidential and will not be publicly connected with your responses. We’re grateful for your partnership in renewing God’s world and look forward to connecting with you about future opportunities for ministry collaboration.

Thank you for the time you are investing in the future of our ministry together.

If you have questions or comments, please do not hesitate to email CBF Communications at fellowship@cbf.net
