Block release delivery model

Welcome to our Chisholm Electrical Feedback Survey.

Your insights are vital as we explore the addition of a Block Release Model to our apprentice training options. This model would complement our existing Day Release Model, offering apprentices the opportunity to attend trade school in blocks of up to two intensive weeks, for a total of 6-8 weeks in a calendar year.

The proposal aims to better align with industry needs and improve learning outcomes. Your input will guide our decisions, ensuring our training effectively supports employers and apprentices.

This brief survey will take about 5 minutes, with all responses treated confidentially and analysed as a group.
