Veterans Employee Resource Group Interest Form

The BIW Veteran Employee Resource Group (ERG) strives to bring awareness to Veterans' issues by uniting BIW employees with shared experiences in a supportive environment with a focus on improving workplace culture and providing resources to the Veteran community.

ERGs may be involved with attracting and recruiting employees; promoting belonging; increasing job satisfaction; fostering professional development through mentoring and networking; and supporting the Company’s initiatives in the community.

Meetings will be held during non-work hours like lunchtime or between shifts unless otherwise approved by the Director of Ethics and Compliance.
