About This Survey
Cottage Center for Population Health is partnering with SB ACT and YouthWell to understand behavioral health resources for youth and children (ages 0-25) in Santa Barbara County and create a network map to identify strengths and gaps within this network. This survey will help describe strengths and opportunities across the behavioral health network of resources. The data from this survey will also be shared and used to update the YouthWell Resource Directory, FindHelp, and the Mi Vida Mi Voz Resource Directory.
This survey will take approximately 5-40 minutes to complete.

- Throughout this survey, behavioral health refers to the broad range of mental health and substance use needs. The term includes mental health needs, such as depression and anxiety, and substance use needs, such as with alcohol or drugs.
