The real estate industry (specifically hospitality) is rapidly changing. The explosion in popularity of delivery aggregators such as DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, and GrubHub has led to a new world of businesses known as "virtual restaurants," "dark restaurants," "ghost restaurants," and "pop-up restaurants." Restaurants and businesses are pooling their resources in an ever-changing landscape.
In light of this amazing time, we are scouting potential food or business partners to open a pop-up store/office within our restaurant. We are currently accepting applications from bakeries or other non-competitive food genres. Applicants MUST have a current/operating business.
We are currently in the preliminary phases of allocating space and kitchen resources. Current lease model is an all bills paid structure with retail space in dining area and dedicated kitchen space. Current model would support a bakery style business with one or two display cases. Leasee would operate completely independent within the guidelines stated in lease agreement.
