Bay Christian School Summer Days will offer summer care to the students of BCS from June 3-August 15, 2019. Our program is manned by staff, teachers, and aides from BCS, all of whom are CPR certified.
The summer is enhanced for the children with games, weekly field trips, movies, and regular daily activities. All trips and activities are included in the cost of the program you chose for your student.
Summer Days is open from 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday. Hot lunches are available each day for $3.00 and snacks can be purchased for $ .50 each. A program discount of 20% is available for a second child from the same family.
All children will receive a Summer Days t-shirt (add size below). All field trips are included in the price of the program and some of these trips include:
Reservoir hike (Lafayette)
Candy shop trip
Outdoor play time
Water park (Rankin Aquatic- Martinez)
*There is no registration or consumable fee for Summer Days. You simply choose the plan you like and you will be billed for that plan.
Summer Days plan options are as follows:
1. Full Summer- $1,500 (11 weeks; come as much as you like; averages to be approx $3/hr)
2. Weekly- $200/week (register for your weeks; July 4 Holiday week will be $80-- open Mon/Tue only; averages to be approx $4/hr)
3. Just Field Trips- $800 (Tue/Thu- approx 18 trips; averages to be approx $4.50/hr)
The "Full Summer" and "Just Field Trips" options will be billed in two increments, June 1 and July 1 (half each). The weekly option will be billed at the start of each summer month for the weeks you have registered for, along with hot lunch and snacks.
Registration deadline is May 10, 2019. Please follow this timeline so that we can have t-shirts for all the students.
BCS family account must remain current throughout the summer and payment is due the 15th of each month. Regular family account must be current before the summer program begins.
