This survey is intended to provide a convenient way to respond to the BCLI's Consultation Paper on Rethinking Strata Leaseholds. The Consultation Paper is available on BCLI's website at: bcli.org/rethinking-strata-leaseholds

We recommend that you read the Consultation Paper before responding to the survey. It would be helpful if your responses address the draft recommendations for reform set out in the consultation paper, but it is not necessary. General comments on the issues explored in the consultation paper are also welcome.

If you wish, you may provide us with your name, the name of any organization you represent, and the title of your position within that organization. You also do not have to give us any of this information. You may still submit your response even if you leave some or all of the spaces blank.

If you want your response to be considered by us as we prepare our final report on the Rethinking Strata Leaseholds Project, then we must receive it by November 20, 2026.

They may also be used as part of future law-reform work by the British Columbia Law Institute or its internal divisions.
