What housing and community development services are needed in your neighborhood?

Each year the City of Battle Creek receives federal funding for community development to benefit low- and moderate-income people and areas. Every five years, the city conducts a needs assessment to develop a consolidated plan, which determines how Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance and Public Housing federal dollars are spent in Battle Creek.

As you fill out this survey, please consider the needs of our community, and how it can be improved. Rate the relative need level for each service by checking the box that best applies. Funding is limited, and your responses will help prioritize service needs for our community. Thank you for participating!

Please respond by Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019.
