We--the Regional Transportation Advisory Committee (RTAC)--are exploring new transportation options for the Berkshires. One such option is a ride-sharing service provided as an affordable public service. This would be a call-for-service (or app-service, similar to that used for private services such as Uber or Lyft), but would be reasonably priced. (You would either call or send an app notification that you want/need a ride soon or you can schedule the ride ahead of time and the ride would come to you--you would likely be sharing the ride with others going to/from similar locations). This service would be reasonably priced

Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and answering any or all questions is optional, although your honest and complete response is appreciated. The survey is being conducted by RTAC and the Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) and is part of a senior thesis project for a student at Bard College at Simon's Rock in Great Barrington with the assistance of faculty members.

The only requirements for participation are that you are a resident of or regular visitor to the Berkshires. The survey has 17 questions and should take about 5-8 minutes to complete.
