Understanding the Health and Social Care Experiences of Black Seniors in BC
This survey is part of a community based study exploring the health and social care experiences of Black seniors in British Columbia, organized by the Baobab Black Seniors Care Society. Our goal is to better understand the challenges, disparities and barriers that affect access to safe, respectful and culturally grounded care. This survey is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and intersectional equity frameworks. Your responses will help identify the supports, programs and system changes needed to improve health, wellbeing and inclusion for Black seniors across the province. All responses are confidential and your input is deeply appreciated.

This survey is led by Baobab Black Seniors Health and Social Care Services Society, a Black-led, community-based organization.
