Short survey regarding regional experience of baby loss

In a bid to better understand regional/national differences in the care and support of anyone affected by baby loss, Mariposa International is conducting a short survey to look at the experiences of baby loss in all 50 states and Washington DC. Please complete this survey if you currently reside in one of the US states or Washington DC and have experienced your care/support there or if you previously lived in one of the US states or Washington DC and received your care/support there.
