Baby Loss Experience - USA - 2025

Short survey regarding regional experience of baby loss

In a bid to better understand regional/national differences in the care and support of anyone affected by baby loss, Mariposa International is conducting a short survey to look at the experiences of baby loss in all 50 states and Washington DC. Please complete this survey if you currently reside in one of the US states or Washington DC and have experienced your care/support there or if you previously lived in one of the US states or Washington DC and received your care/support there. 1.What quality of support do you feel you experienced following baby loss?
2.Did you receive any resources/books from a hospital or from your doctor or healthcare professional following loss?
3.As a resident of a US state do you feel there is an adequate level of support for those experiencing baby loss?(Required.)
4.As a charity, in the UK we campaigned for and have successfully brought in official government certificates of loss for all pre-24-week baby loss (which are able to be applied for retrospectively.) If these were brought in across the USA or in your state, would you want to apply for a Certificate of Loss?
