Survivors’ experiences and input are critical to our work at the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence (ACESDV). Whether it be improving or changing laws, increasing funding for sexual and domestic violence, developing and delivering new trainings for responders, or the general approach and direction of our work. Survivors need to be at the center of the conversation. ACESDV is launching a statewide effort to stay current on survivors’ needs and experiences in order to identify and address opportunities to enhance responses to sexual and domestic violence in Arizona. As a survivor, we hope you will help us in this effort by completing the survey below.

This will be an anonymous survey. We will ask basic demographic information, but no identifying information. There will be yes/no questions and spaces to expand on your answers if you choose to.

If you would like to talk about your experience of sexual and/or domestic violence with someone or discuss resources or services please call the Arizona Sexual and Domestic Violence Helpline at: (602) 279-2900 or (800) 782-6400. You can also connect via chat at acesdv.org/legal-advocacy-hotline/ or text us at (520) 720-3383. The Helpline and Chat is open Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
