Aya Fellowship Application About the Aya Fellowship: Empowering Leaders for Strategic ResilienceThe Aya Fellowship is a 12-month, consultancy-based program curated by Frontline Solutions, a social impact ecosystem that serves as a consulting firm, intermediary funder, venture lab, and civic infrastructure builder. The Aya Fellowship is designed to empower teams of leaders to proactively strategize, organize, design, and defend an equitable, just, and sustainable present and future.Application Guidance The Aya Fellowship is designed for leadership teams from nonprofit, philanthropic, and social impact organizations who are dedicated to creating a world where all people can thrive. Only one application per organization is necessary. One person can complete and submit on everyone's behalf. A minimum of two and a maximum of four team members per organization may participate in the Fellowship. This application is best completed on a laptop or computer. You do not have to complete the application in one sitting; however, to edit the application, you must access it from the same device and browser you used. We recognize you and your leadership teams are juggling an impossible workload, and encourage you to share brief responses (bullets are great) to ease the burden of the application. This application will close on Friday, October 31st, 2025, at 11:59 pm EST Acceptance + Timeline Frontline will notify organizations of their acceptance into the fellowship on a rolling basis. Organizations should expect to hear back by the end of November. Upon confirmation of your participation in the fellowship, we will send over welcome and orientation materials. The fellowship will kick off virtually in January, followed by an in-person kickoff convening in March, likely in the metro DC area. Fellows are strongly encouraged to attend in person convenings. Frontline will cover meals and accommodations, but fellows are expected to cover their own travel.
