Authors Fair
The Authors Fair is an opportunity for authors and self-publishers to make their books available at the conference. Conference attendees may participate at no cost. In addition to publishers selling titles in the exhibit hall, the fair will feature space for those who self-publish or authors who choose to sell copies of their books. All authors are responsible for delivering their own book supply to the meeting, handling all sales, tax, etc. The Authors Fair is available Thursday, April 26 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and then 3 - 4 p.m. The authors can choose to stay at the table all day or just during the hours of 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 3 -4 p.m. Not a self-publisher? You can participate and sign books if your publisher has your book for sale in the exhibit hall.
Shipping: All shipping and handling fees and onsite coordination of materials is at your expense and/or responsibility. If you plan to ship materials to the hotel, please ship them with the following mailing address to arrive no sooner than 3 days prior to the start of the conference (April 26, 2018).
Set Up: The exhibit hall will open to attendees at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 26. Authors are encouraged to be set up prior to 9:15 a.m. Tables are first-come-first-serve.
Tear Down: Authors are responsible for all materials. ADEC will not provide security, lock up materials or be held responsible for misplaced or stolen materials.
