Atticus ChangeAbility- the diagnostic matrix

As a result of completion you will be sent an assessment on how well your organisation copes with change and where it fits within the ChangeAbility matrix. The assessment is statistically based on practical experiences from many hundreds of organisations that have participated in Atticus ChangeAbility, the world's longest-running continuous study into Organisational Change.
