The ASHG Annual Meeting is an ideal forum to host an event, and we hope you will consider hosting your own ancillary event to engage with our vibrant human genetics and genomics community. To facilitate gatherings, space will be available in the Colorado Convention Center and the headquarter hotel, the Hyatt Regency. Please complete the application below by Wednesday June 26 by 11:59 pm ET. If your event spans more than one day, please submit a separate form for each day/room requested. Late applications will be reviewed and accepted based on meeting the ancillary event criteria and remaining availability.

This form is for organizations and universities that hold receptions, committee or consortia/business meetings, workshops, or scientific satellite events. This form is also for commercial organizations wishing to hold after-hours promotional receptions, subject to the ancillary event guidelines. Organizers wishing to host day-time industry-sponsored education events with promotional content may apply to sponsor an Industry Event at the convention center (CoLab sessions and Industry Education sessions) through the ASHG 2024 Industry Event Request Form.
