I understand that the responsibilities of being an ASC Advisory Council member include regular attendance of three to four meetings annually, actively participating in those meetings, and responding to communications from ASC throughout my term. If my appointing governing body has additional attendance standards⁺, I will meet them. I recognize that the appointment is for 2 years ending June 30, 2025, and am willing to serve.
