Our Arts and Crafts Fair is over 40 years old attracting thousands of Alexandrians and visitors. Depending on the COVID numbers, the number of vendors will be reduced to ensure safety for all. Safety measures MAY be in place, including 6ft physical distancing, mask wearing at all times, and hand sanitizers available. In addition, we will follow the Governors orders. 

Please answer ALL of the questions in order to be eligible. Artists have to be the maker of all items they sell. All vendors MUST bring their own tables and tents.

I understand that no refunds to accepted work will be issued after 5 p.m., June 5, 2022 and that all refund requests prior to this date will incur a $20 service charge. Volunteer Alexandria reserves the right to accept or reject any and all applications. Location determined at our discretion. Acceptance contingent upon jury selection and space availability.

Checks will be processed AFTER vendor has been accepted. Vendors NOT accepted will receive a 95% refund if paid online (processing fees).
