Use this form to request:
Tenure pins - Recognize combined girl and adult membership years. The council pays for 15 years or higher; lesser years can be purchased in the GS shop.
Years of Service pins - Recognize years of active adult service; years do not have to be consecutive. The council pays for 10 years or higher; lesser years can be purchased in the GS shop.
Pins may be self-requested by an individual or by another. If you are requesting a pin on someone else's behalf, PLEASE verify the number of years with the volunteer before submitting a request.
20 years or more can be presented at the Annual Meeting, if request submitted by March 1. Lesser years can be presented at a service unit meeting or other venue.
For presentation at the GSWNY Annual Meeting, pins must be requested by March 1. For other presentation venues, pins should be requested at least 8 weeks prior to requested presentation date to ensure availability.
