The Richland-Crawford Workforce Development Board envisions a workforce development system that is customer-focused toward both the job seeker and business, and is able to anticipate and respond to the needs of regional economies. In order to develop a strategic plan, the Board is requesting information from local businesses. As part of the strategic planning process, business representation and input is welcome at every stage. The first step is to gather your feedback through a survey. There will be additional opportunities to provide feedback over the next several months.
