This course requires real-life judgment, discretion,and professional responsibility, both during fieldwork when lawyers permit students to observe confidential aspects of their practice, and in the client representation component when students will be actually participating in the practice of law on behalf of clients in urgent need. This application therefore requests information to help the instructors evaluate your capacity to undertake such responsibility.
