Ann Byrnes, SPHR Award for Professional Excellence:
The Society for Human Resource Management Arizona State Council recognizes professional excellence in the Human Resource Management profession. Award nominees are the "best" in the profession, serving as role models and setting standards for others.
Eligibility: Nominees must have led at least one outstanding project during the year that significantly impacted the HR community as a whole. Nominees are individuals with outstanding records of contributions to the human resource profession and must have contributed their time and efforts, free of personal gain.
Must reside in Arizona and be a member of an Arizona SHRM Affiliate chapter, AZ State Council, or SHRM national. Must adhere to the SHRM code of ethics.
Should a Chapter have chosen an individual for a similar award at the local level, that individual may also be nominated for this State award.
