Introduction
We at Angelic Organics are very dedicated to clear, timely, and informative communication with our shareholders. The purpose of this survey is to determine how many of our shareholders are or are not receiving scheduled emails regarding deliveries and to resolve this issue accordingly. We feel that it will also be helpful to expand this survey a bit and ask you about your relationship to our weekly newsletter, Farm News.
Please know that the fate of an email if it does not arrive in your inbox can be: it is diverted into your Spam, Bulk or Promotions folders; it is never sent; or it is blocked by your Internet provider. Your pickup reminder email that is sent the evening before your delivery is generated by Member Assembler, our CSA management software. The delivery notification that you receive the day of your delivery is generated by Chicago Messenger Service software. Your Internet provider might block emails from both, or neither of these senders.
