2026 Legislative Engagement, Events, and Calls to Action

The 2026 session brought multiple opportunities for legislative action and engagement with members and their legislators.
AMSD Day at the Capitol 2026

AMSD hosted its Day at the Capitol on April 13, 2026. The day kicked off in the L’Etoile du Nord room in the Capitol with updates from legislative leaders of the House and Senate Education Finance Committees and AMSD and MASA staff. From there, AMSD members attended meetings and met with their local legislators.
