About you
This survey is for people who use a wheelchair, mobility scooter, cane, walker or other mobility aid when they travel or go out, and for family members, caregivers and companions who travel with them.
It is part of a research project by the Japan Tourism Agency. The results will be used to improve the accessibility information that hotels and other accommodation in Japan provide.
It takes about 15 minutes. Taking part is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.
The survey is anonymous. We won't ask for your name or contact details, and results will only be published as combined totals.
Please answer only if you are 18 or over. If the person with a disability is under 18, a parent or family member can answer for them.
