About the Event
The AI+IM Global Summit is AIIM’s premier conference, blending Artificial Intelligence and Information Management for an engaging 2.5-day event. Join top industry professionals as we explore the future of managing unstructured data with AI and automation. The Summit offers cutting-edge strategies, meaningful connections, and actionable insights to help attendees enhance their information management programs through technology.

Volunteer Roles and Opportunities
Here’s how you can contribute:
  1. Speakers
    • Workshops: Lead a structured, hands-on session featuring exercises and facilitated discussions. (90 minutes)
    • Interactive Sessions: Deliver educational presentations with interactive components. (45 minutes)
    • Keynote & Capstone Speakers: For keynote opportunities, please contact us at hello@aiim.org.
  2. Facilitators
    • Cohort Gatherings: Lead informal networking sessions, bringing together groups with shared interests before, during, and after the event.
    • Cohort Conversations: Guide structured, small-group discussions on key industry topics.
  3. Reviewers and Curators - Help select the best content and speakers for the event. Reviewers assess session proposals, while Curators ensure content aligns with the conference’s learning pathways and overall goals.
Session Formats
The AI+IM Global Summit offers diverse session formats designed to enhance the attendee experience.

  • Workshops: 90-minute sessions offering hands-on exercises and facilitated discussions
  • Interactive Sessions: 45-minute educational sessions featuring lecture and engaging activities
  • Keynote Presentations and Capstone Sessions: Industry-leading presentations to inspire and set the tone for the entire Summit.
  • Tuesday Topic Tables: Host an inclusive, sponsor-led discussion around trending topics.
  • Cohort Gatherings and Conversations: Smaller, focused networking events guided by our facilitators.
Learning Pathways
Speakers and facilitators will contribute to one of four learning pathways at the AI+IM Global Summit:

  1. Artificial Intelligence – Understanding AI technologies, regulations, and policies in information management.
  2. Workflow & Process Automation – Discover how unstructured data can streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  3. Intelligent Information Management & Information Governance – Learn about AI governance, IM maturity models, and the future of technology-driven information management.
  4. Leadership & Change Management – Explore leadership techniques and change management strategies to drive successful information management initiatives.
How to Get Involved
If you're passionate about sharing your knowledge, leading discussions, or curating content, apply to be a volunteer by October 31, 2024. Preference is given to AIIM members, but all are welcome to apply. We'll reach out soon with more details!
